What is included in Techarg IT Total Solution?
Requirements planning, IT hardware procurement, network and firewall installation, CCTV and access control, meeting room audio visual, servers and NAS, accessories such as racks and UPS units, equipment rental, and maintenance and IT support once your systems are running.
Do we have to take every service at once?
No. You can start with one need, such as laptop procurement or network installation, and add other services at any time. The same team handles every stage, so everything stays connected.
Which equipment brands do you use?
We are not tied to a single brand. We base our recommendations on your requirements, site conditions and budget, including compatibility with the equipment you already have.
Does Techarg serve companies outside Jakarta?
Yes. Our office is in Tebet, South Jakarta, and we regularly serve Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). For projects in other cities across Indonesia, we plan the survey and installation schedule together with you.
Our office already works with an IT vendor. Can Techarg still help?
Yes. We can take on part of the work, such as procurement or maintenance, and coordinate with your existing vendor.
